REFUND POLICY

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Product(s) must be in the original state in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation beyond their original.

An email to our Customer Service Team is required prior to your return.

We will refund the price you purchased your item .

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way.

Items received outside our Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please initially email our Customer Service Team at info@winnersjewelry.com  stating your order number, reason of your return and item(s) you wish to return. Repack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure it will not be damaged during transit and send the package by a carrier of your choice at: WinnersJewelry, Trempesinas 6, Veria, 59131, Greece. Unless the return pertains to a defective product or a mistake by the company, the customer must pay all shipping costs. We recommend shipping through registered mail or courier to avoid any loss, theft, or damage of the item.  The item(s) you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed properly and will reach their destination.

We don’t accept returns for personalized products, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order

How will I be refunded?

Upon receipt of the item by our Customer Service Τeam, your return request will be processed. When this stage is complete, your refund will be processed depending on the payment method you had chosen for your order.

Which amount will I be refunded?

We will refund you the full amount of the product(s) you purchased within 7 working days.
