Shipping Methods

When will my order be shipped?

All of our orders are made and shipped the same day of purchase until 12 P.M(EET), and all other orders are shipped the very next day! (except Saturday, Sunday,national and public holidays). 

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or public holidays.

(All orders will be subject to additional verification of billing address, bank and bank phone number. Please allow 2-3 business days for international order verification to be completed). 

Which courier do you use?

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Delivery Duration

1–3 working days.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, you may choose a different address for delivery of your order for example in the event that you want to receive your order at your work address or you might want to offer the item as a gift.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Customs or import duties are charged for non EU countries once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, WinnersJewelry has no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
